• A well-established, single-specialty pediatric group in southeastern North Carolina is seeking additional Pediatricians due to upcoming retirements and a physician relocation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collegial, relaxed practice offering a 100% outpatient setting, flexible scheduling, and an outstanding work/life balance. Interested in learning more? Practice Highlights:

• Established group of 6 physicians and 18 APPs across 6 locations.
• 100% outpatient pediatrics with no required after-hours call.
• Physicians typically see approximately 25 patients per day.
• Approximately 110,000 patient visits annually across the group.
• Flexible schedules offering 32, 36, or 40 clinic hours per week.
• Optional after-hours phone triage and additional evening/weekend clinic opportunities for extra compensation.
• Optional weekend coverage approximately every 6 weeks, consisting of a 3-hour Saturday or Sunday shift at $100/hour.
• Excellent work/life balance in a relaxed, supportive practice environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• 32 clinic hours/week: $200,000 base salary.
• 36 clinic hours/week: $220,000 base salary.
• 40 clinic hours/week: $240,000 base salary.
• Annual production incentives ranging from $8,000–$24,000.
• Negotiable sign-on bonus.
• Optional additional call compensation:
• October–March: $925/week.
• April–September: $750/week.
• Opportunity to earn up to an additional $20,000 annually through optional call and evening/weekend clinic coverage.
