Pediatric Medical Director – Orange County, CA

• FQHC is looking for a BE/BC a Pediatrician to serve as Medical Director
• Salary range: 234-280k
• Small team structure featuring 3 direct reports, including 1 experienced pediatrician and 2 long-term nurse practitioners
• Option for 4-day work week if desired but must work 32-40 hours/week
• Work one Saturday per month with a corresponding weekday off during that same week
• Includes 0.5 day per week of protected administrative time, with potential for expansion as the practice grows
• Light patient volume ranging from 10 to 15 patients per day
• Requires at least 3 years of post-residency practice experience
• Bilingual skills in Spanish helpful but not required
• EMR: EPIC
