- Employed practice seeks a BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join their team as a hospitalist
- Base: $307.000 (W-2)
- Sign-on: $25,000
- 168 shifts annually
- 12-hour shifts 7am-7pm Back-up nights every other night when working “phone call”
- Average of 15-18 patients census per provider
- 8-15 admits per day split evenly
- Shifts include 2 physicians and 1 APP
- Procedures are not required
- Coverage includes medical/surgical inpatients units, swing bed program and 8-bed ICU
- Service population around 110,000
- Physicians coordinate patient transfers to Louisville and Lexington
