• Hospital employed practice is seeking a BC/BE Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join their team
• Guaranteed salary: 165-185k plus wRVU
• Join one (1) full time NNP and one (1) full time PNP (with active current NRP status); replacement position due to retirement 
• Setting: Hospital employed, inpatient as part of Women’s Services 
• Schedule: Two (2) 24-hour shifts per week – typically contracted for 118-130 shifts annually with 10 of those shifts being PTO, CME, and NYSSL (annual expected shifts worked are 108-120); autonomy with the monthly schedule (self-schedule as a team); on site house is available for scheduled days when not needed in the nursery 
• Types of Procedures/Cases: Level 1 medical care of all newborns following established nursing, medical and nurse practitioner standards, procedures, protocols and practices; give specific patient care directions to nursing and other staff as needed; approximately 400 births per year; work closely with Oswego County OB/GYN (Dr. Mahajan is the chair)
• Anesthesia: 1-MD/1-CRNA on call with a 30-minute response time requirement (also have an apartment designated to the group); usually get a stat c-section within 40-minutes; members of the department are certified in neonatal resuscitation
• Call Required: None
• EMR: Meditech
