Health system is seeking a full-time CRNA to join a collaborative anesthesia team. This is a rare opportunity to practice in a team-based environment with anesthesiologists and fellow CRNAs while enjoying a 4-day work week with no call. Providers practice in a high-acuity setting supporting a Level II Trauma Center and a busy surgical program, with exposure to a diverse case mix across multiple specialties.
What You’ll Do

Provide anesthesia care for trauma, general surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedics, pediatrics, cardiothoracic, vascular, and other surgical services

Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthetic plans

Administer and monitor anesthesia, ensuring patient safety and comfort

Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and perioperative staff for coordinated care

Document anesthesia care and clinical activities in the electronic medical record
Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program

Current, unrestricted Oregon CRNA license (or eligible prior to start)

Certification through the NBCRNA

Current ACLS and PALS certifications
-
Competency with at least 500 anesthetics within the past 24 months

Minimum of two years acute care surgical experience as a CRNA; independent practice experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed base salary of $313,790
