Family Medicine NP/PA – Eastern Maine

• Hospital-employed group seeks a BC/PA-C or FNP Family Practice Advanced Practice Provider to join an established outpatient care team
• Base salary: 150k
• No call
• Expect to see 15-20 patients per day
• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care services within an outpatient practice setting  
• Conduct patient evaluations, comprehensive physical exams, diagnostic testing, and routine follow-up care
• Family Medicine providers work four 10-hour shifts per week
• EMR: Athena
