Option #1 – CA/AZ border in Southeast California

Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant opening in Southeast California

• $215,000 – $230,000 base salary – 100% outpatient/Primary care with no call (negotiable offer).
• Clinic opening is in Southeast California on the AZ/CA border
• Federally qualified health center (FQHC) with NHSC loan repayment assistance available.  Group has 14 total sites in Southern California
• Candidate must be able to see all ages Family medicine practice. Open to other outpatient practice interests
• Permanent only and must relocate to the area (no telehealth available)
• 40 hours per week with no weekends. Monday – Friday schedule working 8 hours per day.  No call required after hours or on weekends

• Federal Tort Claims Malpractice insurance
• Must be interested in working with and serving the medically under-served patient population

• Next Gen EMR
• CA license is preferred with availability to start soon
• 1-2 years of experience is preferred but open to new graduates with a CA license

Option #2 – near Palm Springs, CA

Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant openings in South Central California – near Palm Springs, CA

• $200,000 – $230,000 base salary – 100% outpatient/Primary care with no call.
• Clinic is only 35 minutes from Palm Springs, CA
• Option to be a “floater” position within their Riverside County locations for higher salary
• Federally qualified health center (FQHC) with NHSC loan repayment options.  Group has 14 total sites in Southern California.
• Candidate must be able to see all ages Family medicine practice
• Permanent only and must relocate to the area (no telehealth available).
• 40 hours per week with no weekends. Monday – Friday schedule working 8 hours per day.  No call required after hours or on weekends.
