- Hospital employed practice seeks BC/BE Geriatric or Internal/Family Medicine physician to provide diverse geriatric care
- Salary ranging from $250,000 – $300,000 with performance incentives
- Practice settings include an elder PACE program and skilled nursing facilities

Geriatrics – Option 2
- Nationally recognized program seeks BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician with fellowship training in Geriatrics
- Salary guarantee between $250,000 – $300,000 plus productivity and value-based incentives
- Practice across outpatient, inpatient consults, skilled nursing, and assisted living settings
- Work alongside an experienced team of 11 physicians and over 30 Advanced Practice Providers
- Robust academic involvement with Geriatric Fellows, residents, and medical students
- Access to a verified Geriatric Surgical Program and system-wide Epic EMR
