Position Highlights
- Hospitalist Base Salary: $326,000 plus up to a $50,000 annual quality bonus
- Nocturnist Base Salary: $363,689
- $25,000 sign-on bonus
- Up to $15,000 relocation assistance
- $5,000 CME allowance
- Eligible for Federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) and select rural state loan repayment programs
- Comprehensive benefits package including paid malpractice
Practice Details
Hospitalist
- Flexible schedule averaging 15 shifts (180 hours) per month
- 173 shifts required annually, with 7 additional shifts available as paid time off or compensated at $200/hour
- Daytime coverage includes 3–4 Hospitalists with an average census of 15–18 patients per physician
Nocturnist
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM schedule
- Approximately 180 hours per month
- One physician covers nights with strong support from the daytime team and eICU
Shared Practice Features
- Rotating admissions with physicians following patients from admission through discharge
- No APP supervision required
- Open ICU with procedures optional
- 24/7 eICU support from board-certified critical care intensivists
