Full-Time Psychiatry Opportunity in CA

About the Job:

• Mix of inpatient and outpatient
• Open to new graduates and experienced candidates
• Weekday call will be taken by phone. 
• One weekend call per month (including hospital rounds on Saturday/Sunday covering up to 24 patients per day)
• Additional weekends are optional and paid $2500 per weekend
• Group has 2 Psychiatrists, 4 Psych NP’s, 3 Therapists
• Patients per day/Schedule: 

• Hospital rounds: 8am-noon: approximately 15 patients
• Outpatient clinic: 1pm-5pm:New patient appointments are scheduled for 40 minutes and follow-up appointments for 20 minutes. Daily clinic volume depends on the appointment mix.

• Hospital uses paper charting, outpatient clinic uses DENMAAR
• J1 and H1 visa candidates welcome to apply

Benefits:

• Salary: $410-$420k
• Additional compensation is available for increased patient volume, extra hospital beds, and optional additional weekend coverage
