Compensation/benefits:
- Base Salary
- Family Medicine: $278,315
- Internal Medicine: $331,906
- WRVU Incentive Plan bonus available
- Relocation bonus available
- Student loan repayment eligible through NHSC
- Full benefits with paid malpractice insurance
- Visa sponsorship available
Contract & Employment Structure
- 3‑year agreement
- Employed under a Professional Services Agreement (PSA)
- Physician Friendly model with malpractice, insurance, and full benefits included
Clinical Expectations
- Outpatient practice
- Mix of scheduled visits and walk‑ins
- 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday schedule
- Benefits
- PTO per district policy
- 1 week CME + $3,000 CME allowance
