Pediatric Hospitalist Opportunity – Southeastern Indiana
- Employed practice seeks a BE/BC Pediatric Hospitalist to join their team
- Competitive salary to be discussed directly with employer
- 7on/7off 12 hour shifts
- Level I and II nursery with 1,300 deliveries on average per year
- Pediatric Unit 1-3 patient average (4-6 average during busy season)
- 17 bed Birthing Center supported by nurses that are cross-trained to provide labor/delivery,
- Duties will include Emergency Room consults along with rounding on pediatric inpatients, nursery and newborns
- Required procedures: neonatal resuscitation, intubation, lumbar puncture, circumcision (on-site training), Emergency needle Thoracentesis, umbilical lines, CPAP, high flow nasal cannula, IV fluids, tube feedings and antibiotics
- EMR: EPIC
