Live in Nebraska Recruitment due to retiring ENT (has been in community for 37 years)
Clinic located in Medical Office Building attached to Hospital
Clinic volume: 20-30 patients/day
Clinic hours: Monday – Friday (8am-5pm)
Clinic schedule: 3 clinic days; 1 surgery day; 1 admin day/day off Required call is 1:3 weekdays, 1:4 weekends Low call burden EMR:
Paragon Allscripts Level III trauma center State-of-the-art facility Newly expanded / renovated OR department TruDi Sinus Navigation in OR Olympus Endoscopy Tower in clinic Financially Sound Hospital System with tenured staff State-licensed Child Care Center on Campus BC/BE No Visa candidates Open to new graduates Clinic Staff: 1 FT ENT, 1 PT ENT, 1 Weekend Call Coverage ENT (not including retiring ENT)
1 FT Nurse Practitioner 4 RN & LPN’s 1 PRN Physician Assistant to assist in surgery
Compensation & Benefits:
· Base Salary: $514,000 + productivity (flexibility to adjust in association with the ideal perm candidate)
· Sign on bonus: $51,400
· Relocation: $10k
