Southern California Pediatrics Opportunity | $260K-$300K | Visa Sponsorship Available
Position Highlights:
- Primarily outpatient practice with inpatient call responsibilities
- Monday–Friday clinic schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
- On-call days begin later to accommodate overnight responsibilities
- Average patient volume of 25–30 patients per day
- Call averages 5–7 days per month
- Current physicians take phone call, providing added flexibility
- Dedicated Nurse Practitioner support during call
- Experienced clinical support staff
- Cerner EMR
- Visa sponsorship available
Compensation & Benefits:
- $260,000–$300,000 annual salary (based on experience)
