- Federally Qualified Health Center seeks BC Dentist to join their team
- Salary range: $165,000 – $185,000
- Flexible work schedule – option for a 4-day work week, if desired
- 9 operatories with recently installed delivery systems and new chairs
- Strong support staff and highly supportive administration
- Practice out of one office
- Very minimal call – only receive a call if a Primary Care provider has a dental need while they are on call
- Group employs 3 full time Dentists, one part-time dentist, 1 hygienist (and seeking another), and 5 dental assistants

- NHSC approved loan repayment site – HPSA score is 15
- Regional airport in town with flights to Salt Lake City and Denver, which offer International Airports
