- Advanced Practice Providers: 1
- Clinical Assistants: 3
- Patient Service Representatives: 2
- Number of exam rooms: 10
- Hours: 8 am to 5 pm
- 15-20 patients on average per day
- Patient age range: Pediatrics & Adults 18+
- Cover own patients or join larger call group
- 4.5 days per week in clinic
