OB/GYN Opportunity | $425K+ Compensation | Midwife Support | Robotics | Low Call Burden
Practice Highlights
- Join an established team of 2 OB/GYN physicians supported by 3 Certified Nurse Midwives
- Approximately 60% Obstetrics / 40% Gynecology
- Bread-and-butter OB/GYN practice with access to robotic surgery (da Vinci)
- Approximately 24-35 deliveries per month within the practice
- Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships while enjoying excellent clinical support
Call & Work-Life Balance
- Shared 1:4 call schedule
- Midwives take first call, with physicians serving as backup/second call
- Physicians are typically called into the hospital only 1-3 times per week (combined across the group)
- Weekend call is part of the regular rotation
- Post-call time off is provided to help maintain a healthy work-life balance
Hospital Highlights
- Approximately 600 deliveries annually
- Level II NICU
- Dedicated CRNA anesthesia coverage
- 24/7 Pediatric Hospitalist support
- State-of-the-art da Vinci robotic surgical system
Compensation & Benefits
- $425,000+ total compensation with a highly competitive base salary
- wRVU productivity incentive
- Sign-on bonus and/or student loan assistance
- Up to $10,000 relocation assistance
- CME allowance
- 3% retirement match
- Malpractice coverage with tail provided for claims arising during employment
- Eligible employer for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
- The practice welcomes Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN physicians, including new graduates. H-1B sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates.
