• Base salary: 265K-322K plus production-based bonus potential
• Call 1:3
• Join one physician and two Nurse Practitioners in practice
• See approximately 30 patients per day
• Primarily outpatient practice with some inpatient duties (Level II Nursery)
• Average of 550 births a year – Pediatrician only called for high-risk deliveries
• Share newborn rounding with Family Practice Physicians
• Population: 26,000
