Urologist – Northeastern Ohio (1 hour to Cleveland)
- Seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join a growing employed multi-specialty group
- Guaranteed salary for years one and two, plus bonus; year three transitions to a productivity-based compensation model (salary based on years of post-training experience, incremental to benefits)
- Negotiable signing bonus
- Negotiable relocation bonus, including options for real estate purchase assistance
- Malpractice and tail insurance provided
- Call coverage approximately 10 days per month
- High-volume office practice with blocked time in the OR
- Work alongside an experienced Urologist with support from a fully trained staff and an Advanced Practice Provider
- Fully integrated EMR (Epic)
- Well-defined referral source from employed and affiliated primary care physicians
- County population approximately 98,000, with 35,000 annual emergency room visits and 4,500 admissions supported by 5 community-based family health centers
- Erie International Airport (55 miles, ~1 hour) offers daily domestic flights; Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (75 miles, ~75 minutes) offers extensive daily domestic and international flights
- H-1B visa sponsorship available; position is with a not-for-profit health system
