• BC/BE Urologist needed to practice at the largest regional medical center within 150 mile radius.
• Employed position
•  Must be licensed in Texas or eligible.
• Call will be 1:4  DaVinci XI Robot.  Two cysto rooms with new equipment.
• Attractive yearly salary ($535,000) + lucrative incentive program  
• Also will be offered a full comprehensive benefits package including a sign on bonus up to $25,000
• Practice start up loan of $30,000
• Relocation up to 15K, potential student loan repayment.
• Potential for monthly stipend final 24 months of training (up to 2K/month).
  
• Can not sponsor visa candidates.
  
• City is  is a regional center of higher education and the Arts. Population is 119K in town with over 400K draw.
