Psychiatry – Central New York

• Hospital employed practice is seeking a BC/BE Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join their team
• Guaranteed salary: 125-145k plus wRVU
• Setting: In-person, outpatient; seeing ages 5 and up (75% youth and 25% adult)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00a – 7:00p (group open to longer shifts for 4-days)
• Types of Procedures/Cases: Completing medication management and psychiatric evaluations in collaboration with a therapist; approximately 12-16 patients/day depending on type of appointment and shift length (90-minutes designated for initial evaluation and 15-30 minutes for follow-up appointments, med management appointments are 30 minutes); working with school-based clinic staff
• Inpatient Requirement:  One (1) weekend a month (Saturday/Sunday morning) inpatient rounding at Lobdell Center for Mental Health & Wellness; census is split between number of clinicians scheduled (2 to 3 clinicians)
• EMR: Meditech
