Certified Nurse Midwife – Greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area

• Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) system seeks BC/BE Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) for integrated women’s health practice
• Competitive base salary offered plus annual productivity incentives – to be discussed with employer directly
• Comprehensive scope of care including prenatal assessment, low-risk labor and delivery management, postpartum care, and general gynecologic care
• Full-time schedule with structured administrative time for charting, diagnostics review, and care coordination
• Standard outpatient clinic appointments scheduled as 30 minutes for new patients/complex care and 15-to-20 minutes for routine follow-ups
• Shared call rotation covering low-risk vaginal deliveries and labor management, supported by on-site OB/GYN physicians and MFM specialists
• Outpatient care supported by integrated after-hours triage to filter routine patient calls
• Complete gynecologic care including well-woman exams, STI testing, family planning, and LARC insertions (IUDs, Nexplanon)
• Multidisciplinary team model with on-site Medical Assistants, integrated behavioral health consultants, and eligibility specialists
