Wyoming – General Surgery

• Seeking an experienced General Surgeon.  Combined, their two facilities offer a total of 133 beds, providing comprehensive medical services to the communities for a population of over 40,000 in the County, including 24/7 Hospitalist and emergency care, surgery, women’s health, and advanced diagnostics, committed to quality, safety, and community wellness. About the position:

• Surgery takes place at the Lander site
• Team: 1 full-time and one contracted surgeon.
• Options for hospital employment and/or independent practice.  
• 1 clinical support staff until volume dictates more
• Estimated wRVU once practice is mature = 5500-6000/year 
• Practitioners: access to 3 PCPs, 1 GS, 1 OB, 1 PT ENT, 1 PT IM, 1 PT GS 

Qualifications:

• BC in General Surgery
• Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WY and DEA with full prescriptive authority
• This role is not open to new/future graduates
