Optometry – Northeastern Minnesota

• Position joins an established, collaborative eye care department consisting of 5 Optometrists and 6 Ophthalmologists, including sub-specialists in Cornea, Pediatrics, Glaucoma, and Retina.

• Onsite access to an advanced facility equipped with LipiFlow, OCT, and LASIK/PRK capabilities.

• Includes outreach services to a regional satellite clinic.

• Practice setting is based within a larger medical facility.

• Schedule consists of standard Monday through Friday daytime hours.

• Candidates must possess or be eligible for licensure in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.

• Residency training or an equivalent level of clinical experience is required.

• Located in a scenic harbor city on the western tip of Lake Superior, approximately 150 miles north of the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area.

• Local city population is around 86,000, with a broader regional service area of approximately 460,000.

• Convenient access to a local regional airport, as well as a major international airport within a 2.5-hour drive.

• Base salary is $173,000, with eligibility for additional performance bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
