Family Medicine opening in rural Northern California – Federally qualified health center/Indian Health affiliate

• Permanent position requiring relocation.  Full-time position. 
• Group needs a provider who can see all ages.  Candidate must be Board eligible in Family Medicine for credentialing. 
• Located in Northern California in a rural area.  3.5 hours from San Francisco and 2.5 hours to Santa Rosa.

• Compensation:  Employed position paying up to $145 an hour depending on experience. (pay is negotiable – $300,000+)
• Providers typically have up to one hour with each patient, so this practice focuses on quality over quantity
• Normal daily patient volumes typically go between 8 and 16 patients depending on the schedule for that day
• Benefits include Insurance (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and self-funded 403b.  CME allowance of $3,000 per year and paid licensing. Group offers 15 paid days of vacation, paid birthday day, sick leave, and holidays. 
• Free housing is also made available at no cost in company owned properties
• Student loan incentives with Indian Health Services. 
• Possible recruitment bonus with the Partnership Health Plan of California (if a new provider to the plan)
• EMR – RPMS (Resource and Patient Management System)
• Hours are Monday – Friday from 8 am – 5 pm (12:00 pm – 1 pm lunch break)
• 100% outpatient setting.  No after hours calls and no weekends. 
• Group has a year-end Christmas bonus depending on the year-end balance each year.
• Must be interested in living and working in a rural area.  Located in the Mendocino National Forest.
