• A respected regional health system in southeastern Louisiana is seeking to hire 2–3 Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OBGYN Physicians to join a brand-new OBGYN service line, launching in response to significant community growth and demand for expanded women’s healthcare. The first OBGYN provider will begin seeing patients in September 2025, and this is your chance to help shape and grow a high-quality program from the ground up.

• Robust referral base with nearly 100 primary care providers across the network

Collaborative outpatient environment, including:

• Cardiology

• Orthopedics
• Surgical Services
• Primary Care (6 sites)
• Pediatrics
• Breast Disease & High Risk
• Hospice & Palliative Care

Compensation & Benefits:

• 3-year employment agreement
• Recruitment incentive bonus available
• Student loan repayment – up to $60,000 over 3 years
• Relocation assistance – up to $10,000 with receipts
• CME allowance – $3,500 annually + 5 days
