Primary Care Physician – Sacramento California

• FQHC-employed outpatient practice seeks experienced BC/BE Internal or Family Medicine physician
• Base salary up to $275,000 plus sign on bonus

• Must be able to see up to 3 patients per hour and be competent with in basket duties with admin time at the end of the day
• EMR: EPIC
• Monday–Friday schedule with shared call responsibilities
• Serve a diverse, underserved population in a mission-driven community health setting
• Opportunity to work in clinic and/or state-of-the-art mobile medicine program (Health on Wheels)
• Established practice model with integrated support services and resource center
• Multispecialty team includes behavioral health, care coordinators, and dental professionals
