• San Jose, CA – ​suburban area APP openings
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years
• Primary care background is ideal with main interest in adult care
• Schedule: 8:30am – 5:30pm with 12:30pm – 1:30pm lunch
• Pay rate: Annual salary up to $150,000 depending on experience ​
• Immediate 401K matching from day one (4% match)

• ​EPIC EMR – EPIC experience strongly preferred
• Full time (40hrs) or part-time (negotiable)
• San Jose, CA – 2 office locations nearby to each other.   ​May be asked to work at both offices at times. 
• 20-25 patients per day
• Year-end bonus depending on company’s earnings
• Currently one physician and 3 NPs. Plan is for one MD and 1 more NP this year.  ​
• No loan assistance available 
• Patient base is mostly adults; they accept children 5+ years.
• In office procedures such as Pap smear, Injections (vaccines, joints-cortisone, PPD etc.) , EKG, Suture and Staples removal and wound dressing.
• W-2 At-Will employment contract    ​
