- Hospital looking to add Interventional Cardiologist due to growth
- Hospital employed position
- NO structural – no surgical backup to support structural cases
- IC group of 4, seeking 5th
- EMR: Paragon (an AllScripts product) in hospital & all practices (hospital owned or private practice)
- CALL 1:5
- TEAM: 4 IC’s
- 300+ bed hospital, 3 Cath Labs & cardiac CCU
COMPENSATION:
- Model: Income Guarantee (3 yrs) + Production bonus
- Income Guarantee: $600,000+ DOE
- Signing Bonus: $50,000
- 50% @ signing 50% @ start (no visa)
- 100% @ start (if visa)

- CME: 5 days + $4,000

- Relocation: $5,000 (if moving self), $10,000 (to move family)
