• They are a private group of physician owners contracted exclusively with the regional hospital
• Their 12 physicians and 4 CRNA’s cover a diverse range of cases including General, Bariatric, Orthopedic, Robotic, Urology, Endo GI, Bronchoscopy, Vascular, Pediatric Dental, Cath Lab and OB-GYN.  Cardiac anesthesia is available but not a requirement.  No neurosurgery.
• In a care team model, you can perform a mix of your own cases and supervision of nurse anesthetists.
• Their physicians own the practice as equal partners and their operation is fair and equal.  A full partnership is achieved in 18 months.
• Their compensation, workload, call (1 in 6), and vacation (8 weeks) are aligned with the regional market.
