APP outpatient/Primary care openings – Central Valley Multi-specialty group in California

• Nurse practitioner or Physician Assistant openings
• Interest in outpatient/primary care medicine.  Open to training recent graduates with ties to the region
• Established group with a service area of 45,000 and growing
• Group has 18 providers (8 of which are APP’s)
• Office schedule is Monday – Friday from 8 am – 5 pm
• Hourly rate of $100 – $120/hour
• 100% outpatient setting with no call
• Incentive pay is based on daily patient volumes
• Paid vacation, 6 paid holidays, 5 sick days, 5 CME days plus $1.5K annually for CME stipend.  DEA and license renewals paid by clinic
• Paid malpractice plus tail coverage paid by the clinic 
• Health insurance benefits including dental and vision.  401K plan
• Signing bonus and relocation are negotiable
• Clinic can assist in expediting the CA license process.  CA license is required
• Excellent working conditions – administration doesn’t “micromanage” and if a Provider has a certain interest, administration encourages the enhancement thereof
• Rural Health Clinic within a brand-new State-of -the art building including all new equipment, and Clinical Laboratory on-site
• Located 1 hour from Modesto, CA and 1 hour and 20 minutes from San Jose, CA
