• A leading health system in metro Phoenix is seeking a fellowship-trained Trauma Surgeon / Surgical Intensivist / Acute Care Surgeon to join a highly respected surgical team at a State and ACS-verified Level I Trauma and Burn Center.
• This physician-led, not-for-profit group offers the opportunity to practice in a full-service academic-affiliated medical center with broad clinical exposure and access to research, teaching, and leadership tracks.

Position Highlights:

• Immediate opening due to expansion
• Join a dynamic team staffing a Level I Adult and Pediatric Trauma & Burn Center
• Comprehensive surgical responsibilities: trauma, emergency general surgery, and surgical critical care
• Faculty appointment through Creighton University Arizona Health Education Alliance

Candidate Requirements:

• M.D. or D.O. from an accredited program
• Board Certified/Eligible in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care
• Completion of a general surgery residency and surgical critical care fellowship
• Passion for academic medicine, teaching, and high-acuity surgical care
