• Federally qualified health center (FQHC) – Northern Arizona
• Nurse practitioner or Physician Assistant – Primary care setting
• Base salary range is $108,700 – $152,200 DOE
• Group is open to newly graduated providers and is willing to mentor
• Located in Northern Arizona.  4 hours to Las Vegas, NV, 2 hours to Flagstaff, AZ
• 100% Outpatient only setting
• No Call
• Schedule:  Four 10-hour days per week(Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri)
