Hospital employed practice seeks BC/BE Urologist to join their team

Base salary: 560K-685K plus production-based bonus potential

Schedule: 4.5 Days per Week

Join a team of one Medical Doctor and one Nurse Practitioner

Call: 10 days/month

Population: 26,000

Busy practice with strong referral base and growth potential

Located an hour from both Rockford, IL and Davenport, IA, 90 minutes from Peoria, and 2 hours from Chicago

Airport offered in Rockford with flights to 7 major US cities
