East Texas Pediatric Opening – Permanent Position

• Federally Qualified Health Center with 8 locations in East Texas
• Clinic is located 1 hour and 10 minutes from Dallas, TX and 45 minutes from Tyler, TX. 
• Group offers services in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics and Women’s Health.
• Group is looking to hire one full-time Pediatrician
• Student loan incentives available
• Outpatient Only Pediatrics
• Monday – Friday from 8 am – 6 pm (40 hours per week)
• 20-minute time slots with 5 hours of weekly admin time
• Dedicated same day sick/short follow-up and newborn slots.
• Pediatric hospitalist plan in place to cover all inpatient work
• Very minimal “mommy call” in which pediatricians rotate receiving calls from the after-hours call line.  Doctors rarely get called. 
• Salary range is around $220K – $230K plus additional bonuses available.

• J1 and H1B cap-exempt sponsorship available
• BE/BC – American Board of Pediatrics
