Boston, Massachusetts Area – Permanent Primary Care NP/PA Position

• Federally Qualified Health Center is seeking a BC/BE Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team
• Group would prefer a candidate who will see patients off all ages but are open to candidates who see only adults.  
• 100% Outpatient only
• Group has openings at two clinics both located 45-minute drive from downtown Boston, MA. 
• Salary starts at $115,000 per year for new graduates and goes up depending on experience.
• No call
• Option for a 4-day work week, if desired
• Approximately 20 patients/day
• Additional life insurance to bridge to 1X annual salary.
• 39 days of paid time off
• 100% paid malpractice (federal tort claims insurance with tail covered)
• Sign-on bonus and relocation are negotiable. 
• Group uses Athena EMR
• Ability to speak Mandarin/Chinese is a plus at this site.
