Idaho – Nocturnist

• This team is a closely connected group of eight physicians and two APPs.
• They  take pride in their diverse team and have clinicians with varied geographic, educational, and training backgrounds. They strongly believe in mutual support and continuous learning from one another to enhance patient care.
• Collaboration and teamwork are the cornerstones of their practice. They work closely within our team and across different departments, ensuring robust relationships and a supportive working environment.

Practice

• The hospital recently underwent a multimillion-dollar expansion, resulting in a state-of-the-art facility.
• They manage an open ICU with 18 beds, collaborating on the care of critically ill patients. They’re seeking physicians with training in internal or family medicine, preferably with skills in arterial lines, central lines, and intubations, although it’s not mandatory. Vent management is required, and we provide mentoring for clinicians.
• They use the Cerner electronic medical record system and offer access to their internal informatics platform.
• Their competitive compensation package includes a $50,000 commencement bonus for full-time nocturnists who work 10-15 shifts per month, along with extra incentives based on quality and productivity.
