100% Outpatient Geriatric/PACE clinic – $325,000+ Base Salary Negotiable) – 2 hours from San Diego, CA

• Federally qualified health center with loan repayment available
• Geriatric interest needed.  Group is building a brand-new state of the art PACE clinic and looking for physicians to staff this clinic.  Expected to open in January, 2026.
• Clinic is located 2 hours East of San Diego, CA.  Local airport in town with daily flights to LAX in Los Angeles, CA.
• Group has 13 clinics total in southern California and expanding soon with 6 more clinics. 
• 100% outpatient practice with no call obligations or weekends. 
• Outstanding benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, flex spending accounts, paid time off and holidays, LTD, STD, 403B and 457 retirement plans, extended illness bank, discounted health care services and more!
• Must be interested in working with and serving the medically under-served patient population.  Spanish speaking is not required as they do have translators available as needed. 
• Group is very negotiable on the salary, sign-on bonus and relocation bonus. NHSC student loan incentives available and group is willing to negotiate direct assistance as well. 
• Housing stipend for 6 months at $1500 per month.
• Retention bonuses are negotiable. 
• Visa sponsorship is possible (J-1 through the HHS and H1B is cap-exempt)
