Outpatient Pediatrician needed in Northwestern South Carolina

• Federally Qualified Health Center is seeking BC/BE Pediatrician to join their team.
• Permanent position but group is willing to consider a short-term hire to fill the gap until a permanent candidate is found. 
• $200,000 base salary plus potential incentive bonuses.  Possible to make up to $45K additional per year in bonus incentives.
• Outpatient only. Dedicated admin time based on your FTE status.  Pro-rated if less than full-time status. 
• Minimal calls – phone only
• Primary Care office currently employs 3 Internists and 3 Physician Assistants.  Group is hiring a pediatrician to replace one.
• System has 3 clinics – practice out of one office.  Very rare if they must ask a pediatrician to cover any other sites since there are Family Medicine doctors already there.   
• Average patient volume: 20 daily
• Clinic hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• Pharmacy and lab on-site
• EMR Athena
