100% Outpatient Primary Care – $300,000+ Base Salary – permanent position

• Federally qualified community health center with loan repayment available through the NHSC.
• Internal Medicine, Med/Peds or Family medicine training required.  BC/BE.
• Clinic is located about 35 minutes from Palm Springs, CA.   2 hours to Los Angeles and 2.5 hours to San Diego, CA.
• 100% outpatient practice with no call obligations or weekends.  Will average 19-20 patients per 8-hour day.

• Must be interested in working with and serving the medically under-served patient population.  Spanish speaking is not required as they do have translators available as needed. 
• Easy drive to the beach.  Located in south central California 2.5 hours to San Diego, 2 hours to Los Angeles and 30 minutes to Palm Springs, CA
• Group is very negotiable on the salary, sign-on bonus, and relocation bonus. 
• Also open to offering monthly housing stipends and retention bonuses at the end of each contract year. 
• Visa sponsorship is possible (J-1 through the HHS and H1B is cap-exempt)
• Group is needing a physician who can start sometime in 2024.  Not able to interview 2025 grads yet for this position.
