Addiction Medicine physician – permanent position in Daytona Beach, FL area.
Summary
A large multi-specialty staff model HMO is seeking a BC/BE physician to join a newly remodeled facility located in Volusia County. Full-time, flexible days / hours, no weekends, outpatient only, no non-compete contract. This facility offers Behavioral Health, Cardiology, Diabetes Education, Endocrinology, Extended Hour Care Center, Neurology, Primary Care, Sports Medicine, X-ray, Lab, and Pharmacy all onsite.

MD/DO
BC/BE
Current Florida license
3+ years of experience in addiction medicine.
Position Details
- Physician for a busy outpatient behavioral health department. Position is 100% focused on addiction medicine and treatment.
- Team based approach, including full scope of support staff with tenured Psychiatrists, PMHNPs, LCSWs, LMHCs, Crisis Intervention team, Intensive Outreach program, and Addiction Services, Suboxone Clinic and Case Management.
- Full Time
- Outpatient only
- Limited call
- Monday – Friday – 8 am – 5 pm.
Compensation Details
- Generous Base Salary (DOE). $250,000 salary (Negotiable)
- Full HMO Benefits including PTO, CME
- Licenses, Fees, Dues paid
- Up to 4% Match 401K after 12 months
