Hospitalist – Southwestern West Virginia
- Hospitalist group is seeking a BC/BE Internist or Family Practitioner to join their inpatient team
- Salary: $340,000 annually ($$1,864 per shift)
- 7 on/7 off scheduling
- Join 8 physicians and 2 APPs
- 132-bed acute care facility
- During scheduled weeks on, Hospitalists are on-call during the evenings for the APPs – rotating between the 4 physicians that are on at the time
- Procedures are optional but not required
- Hospitalists co-respond to ED codes – Critical Care nurses respond to rapids and will call Hospitalists, if needed
- Most sub-specialty support available, except for ID and Neurology
- EMR: Meditech
- Located an hour from Charleston, WV, 90 minutes from Huntington, WV, and 3 hours from Lexington, KY
- Domestic Airport offered in Charleston with direct flights to 7 major US cities
- J-1 visa sponsorship available for 2024 graduates
