OBGYN Opportunity in Northeastern OR

• Hospital Women’s & Children’s Clinic is seeking an innovative, dynamic and flexible BE/BC OB-GYN. 
• Outpatient Rural Health Clinic open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• Provider schedule – Four 10-hour days per week
• Average of 13-17 patients per day
• For providers averaging 15+ patients per day who intend to continue to increase their capacity, a scribe can be provided
• Team of 3 filltime physicians and 1 nurse practitioner
• 1:3 call
• Dedicated Family Birthing Center, Level 1 Nursery with certified lactation consultant services
• Fulltime, permanent
• Epic EMR integrated in clinic and hospital setting
• Very competitive total compensation opportunity (490k+)
• RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold
• Quality incentives up to $130,000 annually
• Commencement bonus of $40,000
• $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time
