Medical Director – Northern Virginia

• Hospital employed practice seeks BC/BE Family Practitioner or Internist to serve as Medical Director
• Base salary:$210,000 – $250,000 DOE
• 50% of time spent as a Primary Care provider in clinic and 50% of time spent providing supervision and medical leadership for the medical provider team and Executive team
• 40-hour work week
• EMR: eCW
• Annual performance/metric bonus of $10,000 offered starting in year 2

• Located an hour from Charlottesville and 2 hours from Washington DC and Richmond
