- Northern Indiana health system is recruiting a Board Eligible/Board Certified Fellowship-Trained Pain Management Physician to join their Orthopedics + Sports Medicine team.
- They offer a physical therapy facility and MRI on-site.
- Their team includes:
- 1 General Ortho+ Sports Med Physicians
- 1 Sports Med Physician
- 1 Podiatrist
- 1 Hand Surgeon
- 3 Nurse Practitioners
