Urologic Hospitalist – Western Indiana – Block scheduling available
- Hospital employed practice is seeking BC/BE Urologist to join their established team
- $525,000 base salary plus $60 per RVU bonus.
- Inpatient only position – perform consults, procedures, surgeries, and assist in managing the inpatients from the office-based group
- Hospital is hiring two providers, so schedule is expected to be 7 on/7 off or similar block schedule
- Opportunity for RVUs from outpatient clinic while not on shift, if desired
- Elective procedure and APP support

- Located 90 minutes from Lafayette, 2 hours from Indianapolis, and 2 ½ hours from Springfield, IL

- $50,000 sign-on bonus plus $4500 per year for CME and $10,000 relocation
