seeking a dedicated and compassionate Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. The inpatient Palliative Care provider will collaborate with Hospitalists, specialists, nurses, discharge planning and other team members. This position will serve as a multi-disciplinary approach to care and will need to exercise initiative, good judgement and decision making skills.

• NP must be a graduate of a nurse practitioner education program and have national certification.

• PA must be a graduate of an AMA-approved Physician Assistant program and have NCCPA certification.

• Must be able to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, and discretion in decision-making.

• Exceptional communication skills; must be able to effectively navigate sensitive patient/family discussions.
