Chief Medical Officer – Northern Virginia

• Hospital employed practice seeks BC/BE physician to serve as their Chief Medical Officer. Candidates must be trained in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics 
• Base salary: $210,000 – $240,000
• 50% of time spent as a Primary Care provider in clinic and 50% of time spent providing supervision and medical leadership to provider team
• 40-hour work week
• Annual performance/metric bonus of $10,000 offered starting in year 2
• Full benefits package offered including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 403B with match, CME time and allowance, 264 hours of PTO annually (with an increase in year 5), 6 paid holidays, life insurance, LTD, STD, maternity/parental leave, and more!
• Located an hour from Charlottesville and 2 hours from Washington DC and Richmond
