- Seeking board certified or eligible Urologist
- Guaranteed salary annually, looking for Full-time, Year 1 up to 2 years base compensation of $500,000-565,000 (may vary depending on market)
- $60.00 wRVU rate more than threshold over 2,490 ( may vary depending on current MGMA)
- After 2 years move to only wRVU model
- Call. 7 days included in compensation
- Average 25-35 patients per day
- 2 NP in practice and 1 FT Urologist
- J1 Visa, ok will work with local physicians to contract
- Will be adding robotics
- Sign-on bonus
- Relocation allowance
- 4 weeks of PTO
- 6 Paid Holidays
- 1 week of CME
- E-Clinical Works, moving into Cerner in April 2024
- 1 Month to credential
- Inpatient/clinic coverage
- Very busy practice
- Location: Imperial Valley of southern California – 2 hours east of San Diego
