- Private, physician-owned multi-specialty group is seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician to join their growing practice
- Base salary: $249,000 with sign-on bonus
- Primarily outpatient position with limited call and inpatient work
- Flexible scheduling options available – current providers work 4 days per week
- Group call 1:9 – Pediatrics and Family Medicine rotate call responsibility
- Partnership offered after first year of employment
- Group is owned and governed by physician shareholders and employs over 60 providers between their 8 Primary & Specialty Care clinics

- Located in Eastern Iowa – Just over an hour from Cedar Rapids, 90 minutes from Iowa City and Madison, WI, and 3 hours from Des Moines and Chicago
- Quad Cities International Airport located about 80 minutes from the clinic with direct flights to 10 major US airports
